The Butterfly House

Good News Home's Sober Living Home "The Butterfly House" is a transitional housing program designed to provide a safe, sober, and supportive environment. This temporary solution helps women maintain their recovery while building the skills and resources necessary to secure permanent housing within one year.

Our Purpose
The purpose of the Butterfly House is to provide a supportive, temporary living environment where women can continue their recovery, develop life skills, and work towards securing permanent housing. Our program is designed to help women maintain their sobriety, gain job readiness, and build the independence needed for long-term stability.
We are dedicated to ensuring that every woman who leaves the Butterfly House is equipped to live a self-sufficient, sober life. Our Peer Recovery Specialist works one-on-one with each resident to create a Person-Centered Plan that includes goals such as finding employment, reconnecting with family, and eventually securing permanent housing.

Residential Living
The Butterfly House operates 24/7, providing housing for women who need a safe, supportive place to stay after leaving rehab or Good News Home’s residential treatment program. Our goal is to help these women continue to grow in their recovery while laying the foundation for long-term sobriety and self-sufficiency.
